- A) CV
- B) Current Photograph
- C) Medical School Transcript
- D) USMLE Score Reports or Transcript*
*Not Required – used to gauge strength of candidacy - E) Copies of your passport and valid US Visa*
*If you do not have a US visa, we do offer a service in which we write embassy letters if your credentials are in support of your acceptance to our program. This is done for a separate fee of $350 and is not a guarantee you will obtain a visa as this is a decision up to the state department as well as the department of homeland security.
- After all paperwork is received. We will make our decision based on your credentials and offer your a preliminary acceptance and schedule for your rotation.
- Once you accept your offer, full payment will be required and you will receive an official acceptance letter and scheduled for your approved rotation.
